Returns.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To quality for a return;

.The items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

. All tags ,packaging, and labels must remain intact.

. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@carmanifashion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, well provide return instructions.

NOTE: Costumers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

.We'll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

. Approved refunds will be procesed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

. Please allow extra time depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees  (if applicable) are non refundable.

Non- Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

.Lingerie, undergarments, and intimate apparel.

. Accessories marked as final sale.

.Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or incorect orders:

if you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
