RETURNS POLICY

Customers are entitled to return items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned items, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify their condition. If the items meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, customers should report the issue within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases and provide a full refund or replacement as preferred by the customer.
